i have a problem With my Simatic PC station which is damaged

that PC station was Connected to CPU 412-2 and has RT. for monitoring

now i installed  Portal TIA V.15 with its RunTime in normal Dell PC

i have original Program of Simatic Statio with extention .ap15  and generated Wincc file .MCX

how can i configure my PC to communicate with CPU and RT
