I want to connect a Siemens S7-315 2DP PLC with drive Allen Bradley power flux 700
How it can be done? i want to use profi bus. how i can use GSD FIEL in step 7.

You will need a 20-COMM-P Profibus interface adapter installed on your Powerflex 700 to make it a Profibus-DP slave node that the S7 CPU can control.

You might have some difficulty in locating the 20-COMM-P gsd file (needed to insert a 20-COMM-P as a Profibus slave in a master's configuration). All the links I have now lead to a Sign-In page for Rockwell's Automation Account site. I do not have this access to request the gsd file. Do you?

That is one of the links I tried. I f you click on any of the GSD files and you have not paid for Rockwell support, you come to a login page requesting you setup an account.
