Anyone knows how to set up KEpWare to be able to see the tags inside Omron PLC's that are behind (and not directly accessible but thru the sysmac) a NJ controller?

I can't ping the PLC's, the NJ controller acts like a gateway between me and them. I can ping the NJ, but does it let me see the PLC's tags from the Kepserver?

Hi,

unless the NJ or OMRON blocks the PING requests, it seems that the NJ doen't pass TCP telegrams. So it will not be possible to reach the OMRON.

One solutin would be to rewire the network, that you have a direct line to the OMRON PLC and not just "through" the NJ.

Yes, thanks for your reply, we are considering using a spare NIC adapter in the server to directly connect to the PLC side.
