Hi!

I’m looking forward to projecting a controller for an aircraft maintenance platform.

I’m planning on using this distance sensor (https://www.pololu.com/product/3415) and an S7-1200 controller in my project.

Is there any way I can connect a sensor with digital output ( I2C serial data) to a PLC S7-1200? If so, do I need any modules to achieve this connection? Can you recommend me any documents/manuals explaining how to perform this kind of connection and how to access and manipulate the collected data using the TIA portal?
