Hi, attached you can find a .zip file with two different python scripts. LED_sequence.py is a basic example showing how to address the different LEDs. setLEDcolor.py is an example how to set the LEDs manually via calling the script with an additional parameter. Copy the scripts to any directory on the IOT2050 and call them with ./<nameOfScript>.

Hi, Don’t underestimate the effort of the students to realise this first simple IoT2050 project. Students and teacher, new to this IoT2050, needs to cover quite a number of different aspect to obtain this results. It’s now time to reflect and adapt the course material and to guide them to a next, more complex project. The more I work with the students on the IoT2050 the more we like the opportunity and the possibilities of the IoT2050. Still quite some work before they realy master all the steps and know-how for a true IoT gateway based on the IoT2050.
