i am using TIA V14SP1 But the project created by OEM is seems to be in sp5 or SP6.

and i have worst internet connectivity so i can not download SP Updates.

please help me how to create .brf file so that i can directly restore new backup to HMI TP1200 Comfort.

And what do you want do do exactly? if you want do create a Backupfile for restoring then you need the same device to create it...

in my opinion it is not possible.
