How to Disable the Automatic Network Rung comment update option?

When I hit the save button, the coil comment gets updated to the rung comment, Due to some reasons, I would like to disable this feature. I remember I did disable / enable it in the past, presently I am unable to find it though. If you know how to enable / disable it, please post it here. Attachment eRROR.jpg (207 Downloads)
