You are right my friend. I am invesitgeting to do with plc tag start logging and stop logging. It is seems like you can just do it with buttons. Does anyone give us more information do it.

for example I have a tag M10.0 and I want to work logging cycle like that:

When trigger M10.0 my datalog needs to create one period. Is it possible. The others scada's it is working like that and easy.

Hello,

It is possible to Start Stop Logging using a PLC tag as control. You can also add to separate tags to start and stop logging. This tags need to add on screen to update( you can hide it on screen).

Define limit to tag and start or stop logging on exceeding limit and on falling respectively. Change value from PLC program.

Also I wrote like this script on main page and it is working. 

But it is not easy to do it just one datalog. Also this script need to work main page.
