How to enable touch screen and upload Wincc licence to IPC in Ex Enclousure?

I have 6AV7200-2AB12-4AA0 (IPC in Ex Enclosure for Zone 1). When I swich to power on, the IPC starts, but touch screen does not work. How do I enable that?
Do I need to wire USB female to the X35 terminals to be able to connect to the IPC?
How do I transfer the WinCC license to the IPC?

Hello Pavel,

according to the instruction manual at https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109741589 this MLFB indicates Windows Embedded 7 as Operating System and capacitive Touch TFT.

If your display is Multitouch capable and your Operating system is Windows Embedded 7 (WS7E), then you must switch your Touch-Screen into Single-Touch mode in order to process the touch events correctly. License Transfer can be done via USB but is also possible via network interface. Just use the Automation License Manager for that purpose.

Hello,

there is USB connector on the HMI panel, but it is a bit hidden behind X35 terminals.

At the beginning you need to connect a mouse to the HMI to do basic configuration (language, time, timezone...) and afterwards the touchscreen starts working automatically.
