How to establish communication between PLC and PC in TIA Portal V14 and PLCSIM without using actual PLC controller?

e000 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	How to establish communication between PLC and PC in TIA Portal V14 and PLCSIM without using actual PLC controller? We've used TSEND_C and TRCV_C instruction however the status is always 7002 which means the communication is being established. What other instructions can we use to establish communication bet. PLC and PC without using actual PLC just to monitor the status of the PLC. Thank you! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from about SIEMENS PLC.

Do you want to communicate with two PLC Sim instances (or Two PLC that are simulated) on the same system or do you want to communicate with PLC Sim with one simulated PLC and a real one?? -> The last thing will only work with PLC Sim Advanced. The common PLC Sim only works "inside". Bye Murof
