But any way before install 3.1.3, I have to install v3.0.

Any way V3.1.3 is useless without V3.0 (it is have to be updated first)(2.6->3.0->3.1.3)

And in tia portal V13 Upd9, I have only <V2.4, V3.0. Where is at least V2.6????????

I dont understand siemens!!! If they produce this , so they must provide correct firmware and software. My customer pay for this device.
