Hello I would like to now how to find the LADDR en S7 V11, i need to use DPNRM_DG instruction and one of the in parameters is LDDR wich is "Configured diagnostic address of the DP slave." On S7 V5.5 this address can be find on object porperties of the slave in hadware configuration window. But in S7 V11 TIA isn't easy to find this address. I'm doing a proyect wich have two slaves on profibus (Sinamics G120 CU240B-2DP) and one Master (S7 1200), i need to diagnose the network because it is important for us. The instruction DPNRM_DG on S7 1200 can do this, but i don't know how to find this on TIA portal. Thanks. |

As with most things in the portal, click in the LADDR field, select the drop-down box and scroll through until you find the hardware address for your G120 drives. |

The instruction need the LADDR parameter, the drop-down options show options a lot, there is a tag wich name is "Slave_1[DPSlave]", i guess this option might be but how can i know which option is righ? if there isn't any tag named LADDR. Thank you. |

I wish I could answer that question. Contact Support Requestand let them know your concern. I also have to contact them if I am unable to figure out which LADDR object to choose. From everything I've found, it is pure guess-work unless you understand the system much better than I do. Luckily there are only so many of these, and if you must guess, you can insert the logic to run it for every choice you think could provide the results, and once your block returns results, you can disable the others, move the results for further processing/handling/logging/etc. and retain that setting. If enough people note the complete lack of documentation on this by contacting support, maybe they will make the drop-down easier to use, documentation make more sense, and in general explain these parameters in layman's terms. |
