How to fix the column width in WinCC Alarm Control at Design Environment?

nghaiha Posts: 33 Rating: (3)	Hi all, Column width in WinCC Alarm Control can be resized in Runtime by checking Change Column Width in WinCC Alarm Control Properties -> Parameters->Column Properties. But after resizing, WinCC doesn't remember this status for the next time starting projects. How to assign the column width value for each column in Design Enviroment? Thanks!

Nemo Posts: 3149 Rating: (171)	Hi in WinCC online help I found this " Press CTRL and double-click Alarm Control to change the column width of the message blocks displayed in Alarm Control by dragging the mouse. This will activte the toolbar of the Alarm Control in Graphics Designer. Then activate the "Autoscroll" functionality. When you then move the mouse pointer over the column titles and the mouse pointer changes, then press the left mouse key to change the column width. The settings are changed permanently.To adjust the column width using the mouse, you must activate the option box "Column label" and "Change column width" in the Parameters tab." nemo

nghaiha Posts: 33 Rating: (3)	Hi miz, After holding Ctrl and clicking on the WinCC Alarm Control (WAC), you can see eight blue squares around your WAC disapear. Now you cannot resize WAC anymore but by clicking on Autoscrolling Active/Deactive button, you can resize every columns. Click outside WAC after finishing.

Yes I followed the steps you said (held Ctrl and clicked WAC, could resized the columns after clicking on Autoscrolling and then clicked outside WAC). Everything went well until then. but when I run it, I found the column width doesn't change a bit. I have no idea what's wrong with my setting. Do you have any idea? Thank you. Regards, miz
