How to get a comfort panel to allow you to slide the scroll with your finger and when you release it takes the selection?

Does anyone know how to get a comfort panel to allow you to slide the scroll with your finger and when you release it takes the selection? Right now you can slide and see the cursor moving but when you release it does not select the highlited item. Instead you have to tap and release and then tap again. I am sure there must be a setting to change this operation, but so far I can't find it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
