With an analog output, configured for 0-10v, you can program it to send any voltage between 0-10v. |

What you want can be done. Just as is. In your shoes I would however condition the analog output (variable from -10V to 10V) to be transformed to be closer to the range needed. First only the 0V to 10V part is used. Then next that analog feeds into an opamp circuit. The opamp circuit brings the span between 0V - 3V and ensure the load does not influence the accuracy of the output.
