How to get online with step7 on 840d, 611u controller

Hi, I am trying to connect to step 7 via the x101 or x122 ports, i have changed the baudrate settings but still cant seem to get online. Any ideas? |

Hi Alexmac, Plz check the hardware setting in step 7 & once the cable which you communicate. Find the attachement .Through which connector your are trying to communicating Eg: Simatic CP5512........ AttachmentPGPC interface.pdf (139 Downloads) |

In addtion to Muthamizh message i would like to add one more information that you should use only the MPI cable..... not the the RS232.... Regards, Ekalavya |
