We have a system where in SIMOTION C (C230-2) is used for controlling four axes operation. However the system is running well. We have a project in SIMOTION Scout and we are also able to connect to the CPU but when online it shows that C230-2 and the axes and the programms are not there in the memory and we cannot monitor the parameters inside the CPU. In the project when online the C230-2, AXES and the program elements shows Red+Green Mark ahead of them.

We tried uploading from the CPU using "Target System-->Download-->Configuration Data To PG" but it gives an error that there is no online consistency. We even created a new project and tried to upload to PG but still it gave the same error.

Can anyone explain how to get the what is inside the CPU (memory) into our PG and save it as a project?
