The fault code is not part of the standard telegram: you have to extend the telegram and add a fault code parameter r2131 to the send message frame. Directions on extending the telegram are in the following forum thread. If you would rather have a hardwired input signal to the PLC, you can use one of the CU320 outputs. The interconnection can be configured on the Safety Integrated Wizard screen. In the attached screen shot, the Safe Torque Off Active output status is connected to DI/DO 8 (parameter P738) on the control unit. |
