How to load Cycle 97 in 802D controller

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (880)	Hello Experts, On 3 nos lathe machine 802D PL controller is fitted. I have checked Cycles in controller & found standard cycles like cycle 81 to 89 are present. But I could not see cycle 93 to 97 i.e. turning cycles. I even searched in 802D toolbox CD also, but could not find out. Can any one tell me the path on tool box CD where I could find these cycles & load those in controller. Thanks in advance. DEEP.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (484)	Hello Deep, You need to check the tool box installed path C:\Program Files\Siemens\Toolbox 802D\V020206\CYCLES\turn. Check the attached PDF Here you can able see the cycles. Cycles can be loaded with Winpcin tool... Regards, Prakash Attachment Cycle 97.pdf (166 Downloads)
