Hi huzi.saify, There is special library for PID simulation. Or u can write on your own with SCL. The purpose of this is to check HMI IO fields, bar graphs or trends. It has to be removed before applying to actual hardware. |

Personally I don't use a Siemens Library for this, i've just have written my own. This is pretty simple. A very simple way is proposed in this thread https://support.industry.siemens.com/tf/WW/en/posts/software-low-pass-filter-for-s7-1200/81093?page=0&pageSize=10 by Mr. Denilson Pegaia, he proposes a simple basic equation for the first order filter (= low pass filter), you can try this. Pls note that you have to call this equation in a cyclic task, and you will also note that the filter time constant depends on cyclic task callout time. |
