    I am using mitsubish melservo LECSB type servo controller. now this controller working by PWM pulse. PWM pulse i am not get the position accuracy. in this controller RS422 communication possible, i am trying to communicate this servo with Siemens 1215 PLC. Kindly help me how to establish the communication between servo and PLC. 

   Any sample project available share me..

I do not find the servo drive you call "LECSB". Do you have another name for it that can be reached by web search?
