How to open the protected blocks?

I'm converting a project from s5 stl to s7 ladder. In s5 program I have 5 remaining blocks which has

Decl: Z12          I/Q/D/B/T/C: I          BI/BY/W/D:W
Decl: Z11          I/Q/D/B/T/C: I          BI/BY/W/D:W
Decl: Z22          I/Q/D/B/T/C: I          BI/BY/W/D:W

In S7 stl it says that the blocks are protected. Is there another way how to open the protected blocks? thanks
