How to produce trigger signal on positive edge ?

Hello,

this must be easy, but too hard for me as a novice...

I have a weekly timer and when it goes to 1, I'd like to produce trigger signal (short pulse 0 to 1, and 1 to 0) to start action of my state machine.

How can this be done ?
