How to read EPROM module using SIMATIC FIELD PG (M Series) with EPROM Adapter?

the SIMATIC PG Field (M series) set is fitted mentioned EPROM Adapter which you have to use. Installed STEP5 contain part for handling with EPROM modules. (You don`t need another SW or special setting).
Handling with EPROM modules is`nt complicated, but You need to hold some rules. Detailed description about it count cca 34 pages of manual. I suggest You first read manual of STEP 5.

While reading EPROM module through adpater i have been getting the following alarm.

Driver ERROR:
Programmable controller has a hardware conflict with another device.
You have already used a device on the same address of the programmable controller.
Detail Information:
Current Driver: S5MCD.SYS
SCP Function: - Error: 0X0000
Driver Function: 0X09
Error: 0X0478
and on step5 EPROM programming screen system error msg no:0106 appears.

I don have any clue why this happening?Can anyone help me out??
