How to route Dp bus through Ethernet.

A.K Singh Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	Dear All, I have a problem in communication of slaves those are connected on two different Dp buses through Cp443-1 which is communicatd with my PG over ethernet(Tcp/ip). System Configuration- Plc: -S7-414-2DP Cp:-443-1 Dp Buses:-Two no. connected with two port available on 400 plc(baud rate-187.5kbps). One Dp bus is connected with 23 no. siemens drives and Second bus is connected with 3 no. ET200M IM's and 6 no. TP177 A panel. and one PG is connected with CP 443-1 which is on central rack connected with plc. software installed on PG:-Simatic Manager v5.4 sp3, Wincc V7.0, Wincc Flexible 2008, Drive ES. Problem:- I want to make online connection with both Dp buses at the same time. i mean to say my customer wants he should be able to online drives which are connected on one DP bus and also download the TP177 A program to the respective panels which are placed on Second Dp bus and all he want to do without doing any change in setting. please give your valuable, Experinced suggestion for getting solved this problem if you think some extra hardware or software is required then please mention's all and the way to configure them with this existing system.
