Hello buck; As far as goes your first request, maybe this document on integrating external applications in TIA Portal v16 can help: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109773506/122525937675 As far as your second request, OPC ClientAce Version 4.0 is a Kepware product, you should reach out to them for information and/or possible downloads.
