My architecture are composed by 2 plc:

1) cpu 317  2) cpu 1517

the supervision have 1 station with wincc pro  and 6 tp1500 comfort. Use Tia portal v17.

For this application it's very very important to save the trend and the alarm log. In case of discover problem more day after, is necessary check the trend and i need to be sure that have the data.

I know that WCC save the data into SQL file but for safety i would like save every day the data into a separate support. I can use a network disk or other support. In case of wincc fail i would like to restore the data

I dont know the wcc possibilities ( software package or other harware equipment ) and/or exist an a way to do this.

Thank you for your answer JBS98. I know the procedure that you suggest. But i need to save data automatically every day or in any case very often. The process controlled is for food, and my customer require to have a data always available. 

in other scada exist a software package that save data also into separate archive. For wincc exist a similar option ?

I don't know if there is a software package to do what you are looking for, but maybe by running the following FAQ script every X amount of time you can copy those files to another folder:
