Did you already setup Modbus master in omrom PLC to send out data through Modbus TCP?

If you already ensured that omrom PLC is sending out data, then just consider typing MB client in communication and network section and you will find numerous topics related to that. Also there are application examples as well.

Even after trying all that and still you can't figure out, share the configuration details when you were struck at some point or with errors. So it's easy to follow up.

Sorry. At first you need to realize that it is SIEMENS support forum. SO I have no say about what you are doing with Omron PLC. What I can suggest is that first evaluate that the Omron PLC is sending data by connecting it with PC software for Modbus TCP and verify you are able to receive in PC. Then we proceed with SIEMENS PLC after that. 

Otherwise we won't be able to make any improvement.
