How to set a setpoint on TD for a comparator

I need to open a solenoid valve when the temp is +2 from sp, and close when temp reached -2 from sp. my problem is how to make the sp available for operator to key in or set on TD.

The password is a 6-digit number. The password is the ON value of counter B014. The OFF value must be password plus 1. Example in the program: ON value = 618724 (password) OFF value = 618725 This means that passwords in the range from 000001 to 999998 are possible.
