How to submit without page reloading?

how to update variables (int, word and etc.) the are few methods. But how to update BOOL and prevent page to sent hidden value with form submit . . . .

Load and Update Tags:

The best way (in my opinion) is to load all TAGs, use in the website in a separate, JSON format / file via AJAX. AJAX is include in jQuery - there u can use a post / get request - the result needs to be parsed into JSON - the parser is also included in jQuery.
The result keeps all the TAGs and actual values - no matter which type of TAG you use.... - and they can be written into the appropriate HTML elements using java script as well.

The Update can be done by calling the Post cyclically using setTimeout / setIntervall (Recommend to use the timeout)
Write a function which do the request, and on  the "done" event you can spread the actual values into your page and call the function via set timeout again.

Forms / Hidden Fields:

As of my personal view i do not recommend to use forms, they are easy to use, but on Submit Event they always trigger the reload of the whole page, which is also an behavior out of the expectations .... 

Preventing hidden fields from submitting - as far as i know - is not possible.
Therefor i recommend to use the POST method (using AJAX and jQuery) as well as to load data.
By using that methods you are able to setup the data to transfer as String by your self.
    -->>>    '"TAGNAME"='  + value;
    -->>>    '"TAGNAME"='  + value + '"TAGNAME_2"=' + value2;

Its just about JavaScript, JSON and AJAX - has nothing to do with the web server it self :-)
