HI I wanna know how can I synchronize PLC with a PC as server and few PC as Clients to ideal time(not UTC)? Is it possible to synchronize them without any GPS or SICLOCK or... ? Best Regards ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |

Hello, time sync over NTP? The PLC S7-1500 supports NTP. Does this answer your question? |

Hi, I suggest you set one of the Windows computers to be NTP server as shown in this FAQ: How do you configure your PC as NTP server? Then the other Windows computers can use this to get time from. Also the plc can get time from the NTP server as shown in this documentation: Chapter 5.8.2 How to set time synchronization on an AS for NTP mode |

Hi, This message appears when the time on the station is changed more than 5 seconds. Then this station will no longer work as a time master and never will even after restart. See SIMATIC Process Control System PCS 7 Time Synchronization (V9.0) on page 82 on the error and how to reactivate it as master. |
