How to syncronize zero crossing of encoder actual value and zero crossing of emf signal of motor?

Dear Nit thank you for kindly attention. can you help me about this.it seen you have god experience about this problem we have servo motor(not for siemense)and i am sure the encoder of this motor have problem the encoder is from stegman and have 2 parts.code disk and sensor block i instal the encoder on motor and check sin wave with osiloscop.but for physically adjusting we must syncronize zero crossing of encoder actual value and zero crossing of emf signal of motor.How we can do this Splitted from linear & Encoder change.
