Hello wghu please check that you do in fact have an EPROM and not an EEPROM. In case you do have an EEPROM in your 100U, you can copy the program onto it via the 100U (i.e. no need for UV eraser nor EPROM burner). Here are the part numbers for 100U EEPROM's: Memory submodule (EEPROM) 1024 statements 6ES5 375-0LC11 Memory submodule (EEPROM) 2048 statements 6ES5 375-0LC21 Memory submodule (EEPROM) 4096 statements 6ES5 375-0LC31 Memory submodule (EEPROM) 8192 statements 6ES5 375-0LC41 and attached is the procedure on how to use the 100U to copy the program into an EEPROM (courtesy of Siemens100U manual).
