How to update wincc 14sp1 from basic to comfort or advanced

jestemzmiasta Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	hello, I have installed Step 7 prof. v14 sp1 (with winCC Basic v14 sp1). I have a project for plc 1500 and comfort panel. The program for plc is opened correctly, but there is information that I need a higher version of wincc Is there a wincc 14sp1 update from basic to comfort or advanced? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from comfort panel in V14.

Be careful you just could use a Powerpack from WinCC Basic to Comfort or Advanced if you have a valid Singel License of WInCC Basic. If you just use the generated License out of the Step7 Professional Installation then you cannot use the Powerpack. In this case you just have to buy a full Version of WinCC Comfort or Advanced!!!!!!!! In older Versions you had to unistall the WinCC Basic but in V14 Sp1 you just insert the DVD and It should run automatically with Install Wizard. Bye Murof

The WinCC Comfort/Advanced/Professional uninstall the installed Basic since Version V12 of TIA.
