what exactlyyou need?
In HWConfig create a PN IO System on the PN INterface then plug the devices on it and configure there.

 Hello,

as soon you connect a PROFINET network to a PLC, the PLC is controller. You must not do anything for mode "PN controller". The IO-Devices on the PROFINET network you can assign to this Controller.

Only if you want the PLC to work in mode "IO-Device", you have to change the operating mode in HW-Config.
