How to use User Objects ? Need of PCS7 ?

This object will have: - To blink in red when a tag equals 3 - To be green when the tag equals 1 - To show several Input/Output fields for temperatures, ... - To Have several control pads for commands - This object must be easily updated in all its instances, without having to modify all the instances. My WinCC 7.0 project works on a workstation (PC) and communicates with a Redundant PLC. I've looked up in the help for user objects, and it tells to use the dynamic wizard but I can see the option to create the user object. It seems to be related to OS PCS7. Is PCS7 an option? Thank you in advance for your information. David.
