how to view action log file in 802d SL

yesterday on one of our machine with 802d SL control, there was an accident on the machine. We want to analyze the root cause for the same by checking what actions were taken on the machine at the time of accident.

As per Docon CD there is the option for recording the action of the machine in the action log. I have taken the backup of the action log from the machine but I am unable to open the file in worpad/Notepad/MS word.

Kindly help me in opening this file so that we can diagnose the data.
