How to wire S7- 1215 DC/DC/DC digital outputs

Hello,

I have problem with the outputs. I have + 24 VDC connected to 4L pin and - connected to 4M. but my outputs don't have any voltage even the leds are on. Can you guys help me with this? 

I need to control a exterior relay with the CPU so I connect CPU's DQ a.0 to relays a1 pin and the relays a2 pin goes to - am I right?

Have you measured the output voltage with a multimeter? "the leds are on" means that the LED for DQa.0 is on?
