i want to write a plc digital input to a text file in NC( windows ) side. can you help about it , how can i do that

How Ayman said, you can use WInCC, Flex, and also you can use for this purpose maybe each SCADA system. Depends from which sofware youare using, you can find a way to do this kind of text file. Just need to read manuals regards this software.

Other way regards Siematic Net + VBA, you can connect PC to PLC (depends what kind of hardware you have in PC and PLC side) and use this FAQ How do you create an OPC client with Microsoft Excel?
