How use OB82

Someone give me example how use OB82 to check port X1 on PLC with HMI KTP400. The OB82 not work and the DB used to Diag show me strange thing and OB082 looks like it did not work .Something i forget???. This is me project on TIA v12

What i need ; i trie use OB82 to check if cabel on Profinet be disconnect from PLC ( port PN X1 i have 1215DC/DC/DC) to HMI (KTP400 mono PN) and the connection be broken ( like wire demage ) . Next when this problem be on the PLC must show error LED. This is my screen Attachment screen.zip (493 Downloads)

This is my screen Since the HMI is just the human interface and not the interface with the hardware, the diag error routine is not detecting the hmi connection. You should use the hmi/plc connection and area coordination to see the hmi is online and handle accordingly when it goes offline.
