How works OPC communication between Siemens PLC and Wonderware Intouch application?

I am new with Wonderware Intouch. Communication established between the system and working already. I face problem only after PC restart. In order to establish the communication I have to monitor any S7-block in my S7-project for which I have to enter my safety program password and then the communication get re-established between PLC and HMI application.

I do not know about OPC communication and how it is used between Siemens PLC and Wonderware Intouch application.

The problem is my company do not wish to share this password with end client as it is under warranty period that's why I need to find out another solution to this.

For me either communication service used for PLC-HMI communication is not getting started in time e.g. aahCfgSvc service or DAS_agent or something I am not sure which and what settings it need in order to establish this communication.

My system details are:-

Wonderware Intouch 2014 R2 V11.1

PLC S7-317F-2PN/DP

Driver DASSI_Direct

PLC IP address:- 192.168.168.21

Engineering station System bus:- 192.168.168.1

Engineering station Terminal bus:- 192.168.169.1

Similar configuration on Operator Station working fine. It establishes the communication immediately after system restart without any problem.
