HW setting: AddressIO-768...783 channel 0 count continously signal evaluation- pulse/direction HW gate: none SFB47 in OB1: Laddr: 16#300 channel:0 sw gate: true Countval:MD10 I apply impulses from switches because i wait for encoder. The problem is that OUT countval desn't change it's value. Did i forget about something? thanks for any help. best regards

(Do you count in one direction? (Only up)) Please be aware of DI + 0.1 Best regards, Wizard

Oscar_83PL Bronze Member Joined: 10/22/2008 Last visit: 12/14/2022 Posts: 355 Rating: (5)	For now i don't really care if it counts up or down. I have 2 switches first in DI0.0(22) DI0.1(23). When i switch DI0.0 nothing hapens, when i hold DI0.1 and switch DI0.0 also nothing hapens.

Please have a look at this manual: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/12996906 See chapter 7.6. You should use most right connector. Best regards, Wizard
