HSC card for continuous rotary speed measuring

Hello,

I have an IM 151-8 CPU PN/DP (6ES7151-8AB01-0AB0) and 1 Count 24V/100kHz (6ES7138-4DA04-0AB0). I configured the hsc card for continuous rotary speed measuring. I am using Tia Portal Professional V13 Updt6. In the technology objects I cannot find the "Counting and measuring object". Do I need this to read the speed, or in the input address of the HSC card I find the speed?

As written in "et200s_technological_functions_operating_instructions_en_en-US" 

(● Modified user data interface 

 Instead of 8 bytes of input data and 8 bytes of output data, 12 bytes of input data and 6

bytes of output data are used, provided the IM 151 supports this.

The following IM 151 modules support this function:

– IM151-1/Standard order no. 6ES7 151-1AA04-0AB0 and higher

– IM151-1/HF order no. 6ES7 151-1BA01-0AB0 and higher)

I think my IM151-8 CPU PN/DP (6ES7151-8AB01-0AB0) does not support the "Modified user data interface", so I have just the 8 bytes as in the Device Configuration of TIA V13 (Input addresses 704 - 711). 

Do you know why for this CPU in TIA V13 there is no  "Counting and measuring object"?

I got the same issue year back with v12 ,so I migrated the sample project from simatic  manager to 

V12 ,the address got changed as ed500 instead of id500 it worked..but when I give id500 the hsc value will

Not be read in program..

I dont  know why and what the case in  v13...pls try this too If anyone have problem in reading the value
