HSC pulse is wrong, it increases continuously while motor is not running

krisson211 Posts: 19 Rating: (0)	Thank you flop, i change the filter input to 0.4 ms and my HSC worked ok but only HSC 5, 6 (I1.x input), HSC 1 to HSC 4 (I0.x input) still can read but the value of HSC pulse is wrong, it increase continuously while motor is not running and I don't know why? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from S7 -1200 Modbus comunication with V20 and High Speed Counter.

flop Posts: 9 Rating: (1)	Mmm. I'm not sure about this but it could be some kind of coupling. Check your wiring. Do you have long paths with parallel HSC signal cables? Does the wrong counting match with any of the other HSC signals? Can you identify other sources of noise? Is the frecuency in these HSCs a stable value? Try shielded cables for each counter, with shield connected to earth in one point only. That''s the only issues I can think of right now. Good luck.
