I am looking for hardware support package (TIA V15) for the below items:

1) 6BK1621-0AA00-0AA0 

&

2) 6BK1620-0AA00-0AA0

I am unable to locate the hardware support for the above items. 

Please help to advise on how i can obtain the hardware support packgae.

But i have already checked the link that you had shared even before i posted my question here. 

The hardware support don't include the part number specified in my post. 

I have already created a support request on this matter & they have replied saying that they have sent a request to the headquarters on this matter & they asked me to wait to get a response from the headquarters.

 Edit: The content however didn't match with what have been mentioned in the email. The hardware support package that i were looking for is still not available in the above link.
