Hello isurya Siemens has an online tool that allows you to check available spares called SparesOnWeb (SOW) and you can get it fromTHIS link. I hope this helps |

Thanks to fritz for helpful link. Just one thing to mention. According to my experience sometimes (regards Step5 parts - always) is hard to find and receive necessary part. Yes, you can order it. But Siemens Office will need to find it and coordinate (cooperative) with other offices to bring it to you. This procedure needs time and patience. Check very carefully what you will need in the future, make one list and order in once to Siemens office in your place. Perhaps for some parts they will suggest you another alternative parts...
