i am getting a system fault on the CPU? or also on the ET200M? I also have a bus fault? Profibus adress on the IM is setted correct?

Check the profibus cable and connectors carefully, check the little switch (enable resistor)and note thein out arrows on the connector. To be able to help you we need some printscreens of the hardware settings, a copy of the diagnostic buffer ( save as text file). Regards, Marcjan
