I can't run the "Start the HMI device wizard"

When I search how to activate it in the help, it just write : add a new device and the wizard open automaticaly. Please can you help me, is my TIA v11 software don't installed well?? thank you very much

In my WinCC Professional V12 SP1 UPD4, the checkbox "Devide Start Wizard" is not enabled.(Attached). Windows 7 SP1 Ultimate 32 bits. Can anyone help me? K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, I tried it the same way as you shown on the screenshot and in this case the "Start device wizard" button is also grey. but if you click "Project view" (in the left botttom of the tia portal) and then click "Add new device" in the project tree you can choose the option.
