I analysis SIMOTION Program. ST language.

It seems define Enumeration variable.

But I know Enumeration Data declare form is 

TYPE

e<name>Type : (No.1, No.2, ...)

END_TYPE

Is there other way to declare variable not use TYPE form?

Absolutely obscure programming. I have never seen this kind of programs in Simotion...

It seems things like Java/C stuffs that, imo, are really far from the automation...

It looks strange 

I think explanation of this without complete project can be hard.

I'd expect more #define's in included units. Maybe also some scripts which alter the code before compilation.

Almost Sentences are defined as '#Define' Before use Other program.

EX)

#defined _START_Syc_DEFINITION;

....
