Hello GeBairakt, please scroll in the menu to "Tools>Options>Interface" and proof if "LOGO! Cable is selected". There is also a button "Automatic detection" for the Interface. In addition have a look on the following FAQ How can you connect LOGO! with a PC?. When you scroll down in the FAQ there are some error messages than can occur when trying to get a connection and what you have to do. Please also navigate in your LOGO!Soft Comfort to the menu "Help>About". What version is displayed there, because I think you meant LOGO!Soft Comfort V7with Windows8 as Ste39 also mentioned. I have Logo!Soft Comfort version8.0, or at least that's what my computer says. |

Hello, o.k. that's cleared, now the second problem, the interfaces look verry strange, did you install the cable drivers during instalation of Logosoft? If you have USB cable you can download the drivers here Regards, Marcjan |
